Aromatherapy — Enhance your massage with the healing properties of pure therapeutic essential oils.

Lavender – Deligthful French lavender enhances relaxation, decreases pain, and provides healing to skin.

Aches and Pains – A therapeutic blend of sweet majoram, lavender, and rosemary to ease muscle pain, soreness from exercise, and sports over-exertion or daily discomfort.

Women’s Balance Blend – A blend of geranium, ylang, and clary sage effectively easing discomfort of PMS, hot flashes, and menopausal symptoms.

Relaxing Blend – Chamomile, ylang, and lavender providing calming of anxieties and helpful for sleep.

Energy Boost – A fresh, pleasant energizing blend of rosemary, mint and citrus boosts energy and enhances alertness.
Deep Connective Tissue Massage — This massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure, or cross-fiber friction, usually focused on a problem area. It is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension. This is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle tissue.
Light Touch – Relaxation Swedish Massage — Utilizing relaxing gentle strokes, this traditional massage will increase circulation, soothe tired muscles, and induce an overall sense of relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage — Utilizing special supports to make the expectant mother comfortable, relieve tension in lower back that is prevalent and provide a relaxing overall massage during this special time.
Warmth — Melt into comfort atop a heated, padded massage table. Warm packs are available to cradle your neck as you snuggle under cottony soft flannel sheets, covered with a plush fleece blanket. You feel safely tucked away, cocooned in your own peaceful world.
